We work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.

• Processing Time: In some cases, processing may take 1–2 business days, depending on product availability or order volume.

• Business Hours: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Quality Check: Before shipment, every order goes through a careful verification process to ensure product quality and shipping accuracy.

Shipping Destinations

Due to the large size and substantial weight of our products, we currently primarily offer delivery services to the following specific regions:

• Continental United States: We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

• Exclusions: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

• Carrier: All items are shipped via UPS Ground to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Shipping Cost

• Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders delivered within the contiguous U.S.

Delivery Time

Because our bean bag chairs and loungers are large and heavy, they require more careful handling and delivery times may vary:

• Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 1 to 5 business days after shipping, depending on your location and UPS delivery schedules.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
